3D COMMUNITY MAP

The community, in three dimensions

Flat overlays answer “which lot?”. A 3D map answers “why this lot?” — the walkout grade, the greenbelt behind, the rise that carries the view. That is the question a lot premium has to survive.

MAP + LOT TABLE

Every map ships with its accessible twin

A real lot table publishes alongside the 3D viewer — same data, same live statuses, fully keyboard- and screen-reader-operable. It satisfies WCAG 2.1 AA and doubles as the fastest way to scan inventory.

THE MAP
THE TABLE — SAME DATA, LIVE SAMPLE DATA
Lot inventory — lot number, area, exposure and current status
LOT ACRES EXPOSURE STATUS
12 0.31 South · corner Available
07 0.26 West · cul-de-sac Reserved
21 0.42 East · greenbelt Under contract
33 0.29 North Sold
44 0.35 South · view lot Available

Statuses carry shape + text, not color alone · sortable · filters mirror the map.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Depth that sells the premium

What buyers can see, they stop arguing about.

  • Terrain and grading

Slope, walkout grades and the rise and fall of the land — the reasons behind your pricing, made visible.

  • Context around the lines

Amenity parcels, greenbelts, ponds and the roads that connect them, not just a boundary diagram.

  • Premium flags per lot

Corner, cul-de-sac, view, greenbelt, walkout — the attributes your premiums are built on, on the lot itself.

  • Explorable on a phone

Pan, rotate and tap in a browser. No app, no plugin, no download before a buyer can look.

QUESTIONS

3D community map questions

How is this different from a 3D rendering?

A rendering is one fixed viewpoint that goes stale. This is an interactive map: buyers move around it, tap lots, and see live availability that updates when you sell.

Do you need topographic data?

It helps and we will use it if you have it — a topo survey or grading plan gives the most accurate terrain. Without one we model the land from the plat and site plan.

Can you show amenities that are not built yet?

Yes, and they are labeled as planned rather than existing. Marketing a planned amenity as if it exists is exactly the kind of claim we keep off the map.
