FOR MASTER-PLANNED COMMUNITIES
The whole community, one map
Villages, builder parcels, amenities, trails and phasing on a single 3D map — the buyer sees a place to live, your builder partners see their inventory, and both read the same record.

WHY MASTER-PLANNED COMMUNITIES USE PLOTEX
Scale without a stack of PDFs
-
Villages and neighborhoods
Zoom from the whole masterplan into a single village without leaving the map or loading a second document.
-
Amenities as the story
Trails, parks, the amenity center and what is planned versus built — labeled honestly, because “planned” and “open” are not the same promise.
-
Builder parcels, cleanly split
Each builder owns their parcel and their inventory; you keep the masterplan. No shared spreadsheet, no conflicting maps.
VILLAGES & BUILDERS
Every village, every builder
Assign parcels to builders, let each keep their own lots current, and keep one authoritative masterplan on top of it all.
- Per-village status rollups on the public map
- Builder-scoped access so partners update only their own lots
- Amenity phasing labeled planned / under construction / open
| VILLAGE | BUILDER | LOTS | STATUS |

QUESTIONS
Master-planned communities questions
Can each builder manage their own lots?
Yes. Builder-scoped roles let a partner update only their parcel, while the masterplan and cross-village reporting stay with you.
Can we show amenities that are still under construction?
Yes, and they are labeled as planned or under construction rather than open. Marketing an unbuilt amenity as existing is exactly the claim we keep off the map.
How large a community can the map handle?
Multi-village masterplans in the thousands of lots are normal. Large plans are quoted with their own build schedule rather than the standard turnaround.
